Quinelle "Coach Q" Holder is an American entrepreneur, advisor, manager, publicist, journalist, music executive, and curator based in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
He’s most notably known for co-founding ‘Medium Creative Agency,’ FKA ‘Medium PR Agency,’ in 2015 - with the help of his wife, Sabrina Vaz-Holder.
Coach Q’s extensive knowledge of the music industry as well as his business savvy has landed him local recognition from Pharrell William’s ‘Something In The Water’ festival (#VAForThePeople: Community Conversations) and William & Mary as a guest panelist for their 2nd Annual Hip Hop Celebration.
Furthermore, Holder gained national notoriety from VIBE Magazine when he was asked to join them for their TDE Vs. GQ discussion. In 2020, he was named one of AfroTech‘s10 Black Men Who Found Success Through Digital Platforms.
In 2017 he joined The Recording Academy's D.C. Chapter, where he served as Professional Member, Board Advisor and Membership Committee Co-Chair.
Holder currently serves as the DMV 'Community Curator' for Billboard 'Indie Power Player' Drew de Leon's music and technology platform The Digilogue as well as Sr. Publicist for Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins' recently formed faith based label 'Alienz Alive.'
